Boxing is a combat sport in which two opponents fight using only their gloved fists, striking their opponent above the waist, in a ring specially designed for this purpose. The fights are organized taking into account the competitor’s weight category.

Boxing is a very aerobic sport, is ideal for those who want to lose weight, feel more agile, build muscle and sculpt the body. At CLB, we offer courses tailored to the needs of both men and women.
The boxing classes are offered every day during the morning, afternoon and evening in the Striking sessions. Our courses are structured as follows: We begin by preparing our bodies for training by warming up and stretching. Then we put on our hand wraps and gloves, and start practicing boxing techniques. We continue with live sparring or hitting the punching bag, and end the class with a fitness circuit and/or stretching.
