CrossFight is a strength and conditioning program consisting mainly of a mix of aerobic exercise, calisthenics (body weight exercises), and weightlifting executed in high intensity.

The main objective of Crossfight classes is to develop abilities and human primitive skills such as: cardio resistance, breath resistance, muscle resistance, strength, flexibility, power, speed, agility, coordination, balance and precision.

The athlete is exposed to different scenarios and combinations of movements to reach an adaptation that prepare the athlete to the unknown.

Crossfight trainings or WOD (Work of the day) can be organized, for instance, like this:

  • AMRAP: (As Many Rounds As Possible).
  • EMOM: (Every Minute On the Minute).
  • By TIME: Do a determined number of rounds as a goal, in a limited time to reach your goal as fast as you can.
